Early Careers Resourcing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Early Careers Resourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and tracking the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and track the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a NWA, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization.
- Work closely with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements, promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness.
- Maintain accurate scheduling boards and reports, providing timely insights into personnel and equipment utilization.
- Support the Area Resource Coordinator in sale order creation, ensuring seamless execution of operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP order to cash issues, including timely reconciliation of Sales Orders, to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Ensure crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines, promoting a culture of compliance.
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, actively participating in the quality improvement process to drive excellence in operations.
To be successful in this role, you will require a High School Diploma or similar education and 2 years of industry experience or equivalent skills acquired through a PSL or field operations. You will also need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
