We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team at KGC Talent. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our e-commerce website, overseeing the launch of collections and special products online, and coordinating PPC & social strategy with our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the e-commerce website, including day-to-day operations, product upload, and cross-channel marketing strategy
  • Oversee the launch of collections and special products online, ensuring timely and accurate product information
  • Coordinate PPC & social strategy with our agency, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to drive sales and engagement
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance analysis and insights to drive change and maximise site traffic and conversion rates
  • Manage 3rd party web developers to deliver changes to the site, ensuring timely and within budget
  • Optimise the customer journey based on analytical data, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Plan and run markdowns and promotions, and seasonal uploads, to drive sales and engagement
  • Work closely with content manager & digital marketing agencies on PPC & Social Strategy agencies
  • Weekly reporting on overall business performance using Shopify Analytics & Google Analytics
  • SEO optimisation with keyword analysis, page optimisation, competitor analysis
  • Manage forecasts, planning and targets to ensure all metrics and KPIs are successfully defined and delivered
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing within the retail industry, ideally in a similar role for a luxury brand
  • Good experience and knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, with experience in luxury fashion, accessories, lifestyle or accessories being important
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager and social media platforms
  • Experience driving digital sales through proven commercial online strategies, with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset
  • Experienced on major e-commerce platforms, Shopify & Shopify+ especially, well-versed in back-office administration
  • Confident with Microsoft office suite
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
