We're looking for a Recruitment Development Specialist to join our team in Abingdon. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and candidates, and driving growth within our existing client base.

As a Recruitment Development Specialist, you'll receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and a range of benefits including annual staff away days and private healthcare after probation.

The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience or Account Manager experience, be confident in their ability to build rapport with clients and candidates, and have a strong understanding of the education sector.

You'll work closely with our resource team and manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve growth.
