Job Summary

The Training and Development Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the training and development requirements of the organisation. This will include mandatory training during the employee's probationary period and developing individual training plans to aid their development and growth and support the organisation in succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor training requests and allocate training resources
  • Report on the opportunities delivered and the organisation's position on compliance and aspirational training and development support
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to the Staff Development Programme and the training itself based on stakeholder feedback
