Client Manager – Aon's Credit Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Interaction: Engage with clients, insurers, and colleagues on day-to-day policy management, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  2. Claims Submissions and Negotiation: Assist with claims submissions and negotiation, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
  3. Policy Renewal and Reporting: Negotiate policy renewal for a portfolio of clients and deliver timely renewal reports and policy documentation, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  4. Client Training and Development: Provide clients with training and development opportunities, enhancing their knowledge and skills in credit insurance.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Work in accordance with Aon UK Limited's Risk Management Framework and comply with Aon UK Limited policies, including ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Ideally, minimum 3 years' experience of working in credit insurance as a broker or underwriter.
  2. Technical Skills: Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  3. Time Management and Organization: Ability to handle significant workflow through efficient time management and organization.
  4. Integrity and Values: Demonstrate integrity and work in a way that positively impacts our clients, colleagues, and communities.
