About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aimee Willow Connex Ltd as a Client Management Director, where you will play a key role in delivering innovative funding solutions and outstanding customer service to clients operating on factoring, CID and Ideal facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first point of contact for clients on operational queries and client requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory support.
  2. Process system updates in relation to clients and debtors, ensuring updates are authorized and accurate.
  3. Clear soundings in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Handle client payment requests and process within authority levels, assisting with overpayment requests in the absence of the Client Manager/Senior Client Manager.
  5. Coordinate outgoing Inter factor transfers, ensuring seamless client experience.
  6. Review the IDEAL dashboard and correspond with clients on reconciliation variances, escalating persistent issues to the Client Manager/Senior Client Manager.
  7. Prepare internal reports as required/requested, providing valuable insights to the team.
  8. Conduct client inductions, ensuring system training is completed within 24 hours of payout.
  9. Identify and escalate risk, maintaining a proactive approach to client relationships.
  10. Complete Facility Transfer forms for disclosure team, banking team, and securities, ensuring accurate documentation.
  11. Manage security reviews and diary system, including covenant satisfaction and reporting requirements.

Standards of Performance:

  1. Provide adequate support to the Client Manager/Senior Client Manager and clients in the day-to-day operation of client facilities, ensuring accurate processing of client payment requests and adherence to approved authorities.
  2. Maintain an excellent standard of service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Accurately document changes to clients' terms and conditions on client files, obtaining signed acknowledgments prior to implementation.
  4. Acknowledge client correspondence within 24 hours of receipt and respond in full within 7 working days, addressing complaints in accordance with policy.

Risk & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to Governance and Compliance requirements, completing all reporting and reviewing activities required by Regulatory Bodies to the highest standards.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Numeric and computer literate, with a strong understanding of Microsoft office applications.
  2. Industry knowledge and customer service focus, with a proven track record of delivering excellent client experiences.
