Job Title: Maintenance Services Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Services Technician to join our facilities maintenance team in the Dundee area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance services to clients' sites within your designated area.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and company policies.
  • Work independently, using your skills and expertise to confidently and efficiently complete tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Time served experience across multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
