Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules to incorporate PPMs, service, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Perform fault diagnosis and problem-solving of mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with COSHH and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in fault diagnosis and problem-solving of mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment.
- Exposure to equipment such as film coating machinery, vacuums, pneumatic valves, compressors, chillers, and lifting equipment.
- Knowledge of COSHH, risk assessments, and ISO standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
