We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist - Metallography to join our team at the National Nuclear Laboratory.
About the Role:
- As a key member of our Fuel Reactor & Reprocessing capability, you will play a vital role in developing the UK fuel cycle in line with advances in new technology and new processes.
- You will contribute to the development of reactor fuels and associated technologies, ensuring that our expertise is aligned with the needs of industry and government.
About You:
- You have a strong background in metallography and an understanding of nuclear reactors.
- You are able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
