Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Interim HR Advisor. This role will provide HR insights and interventions to complex people issues, working closely with managers and leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyse HR management information to inform business decisions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on complex HR matters, ensuring a risk-based approach to action.
  • Support the rollout and embedding of key HR initiatives to increase employee engagement and the uptake of new ways of working.
  • Design, develop, and deliver line management training to enhance leadership skills.
  • Manipulate data to inform evidence-led decision making.
Requirements
  • Strong HR advisory background with experience working in a unionised, complex, public-sector environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
