Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our Communications department, you will play a vital role in supporting our Communications Manager in developing and implementing effective internal and external communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute engaging internal communications, including company news updates, employee success stories, and corporate announcements, to ensure a consistent and compelling message across all channels.
  • Manage and maintain our internal communication platforms, including company intranet and collaboration tools, to ensure they are up-to-date, informative, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee events, town halls, and meetings, providing a platform for two-way communication and fostering a positive company culture.
  • Produce high-quality external communications materials, including website content, press releases, and thought leadership articles, to promote our brand and enhance our reputation.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement compelling content and materials for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage our online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and online feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze the performance of our communications campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
