ROLE PURPOSE:

The procurement lead for allocated programmes/commodity.

Responsible for managing the BOM cost versus budget, BOM integrity, sourcing decisions and cost reduction opportunities, including change and risk mitigation.

Ensuring requirements are met on time, delivering a highly capable and cost-effective supply base, adhering to required quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for the creation, updating and presentation of procurement slides / actions to the Procurement Manager and Programme / Project site reviews (Business review)

* Responsible for the Programme Supplier Sourcing in line with development Strategy.

* Responsible for the Supplier Selection RFQ's.

* Responsible for Programme Supplier Negotiation, including price, general terms and conditions.

* Support Programme Supplier Transfers.

* Responsible for initiating, implementing and negotiating parts onto supplier consignment/VMI.

* Responsible for Programme Procurement Change Control, and where applicable Export Control and ITAR.

* Responsible for the delivery / maintenance / Integrity of Programme BOM to Cost / Budget / while ensuring Item / Contract Item Data is updated and maintained.
