We are seeking a senior associate to join our team that advises on a wide range of disputes involving public bodies, including education disputes, disability/SEN issues, safeguarding, and student mental health matters. The team also handles judicial reviews, commercial disputes, and charity disputes, offering litigation support and strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development across various regions with circa 6 years' PQE, particularly in SEND Tribunal work
  • Provide strong client service, high attention to detail, and experience in advocacy and high court litigation
