About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Researcher to join our team at Manual, a leading digital health company. As a Clinical Researcher, you will play a key role in driving clinical research initiatives and scaling our clinical research programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop clinical study protocols, including objectives, methodology, statistical analysis, and operational plans.
  • Oversee the delivery of clinical studies, working with internal teams and external CROs to support trials operations, patient recruitment, data collection, and monitoring.
  • Analyse clinical data to generate clinical insights and statistically sound conclusions for evidence generation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data, marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • MBBS, MSc, or PhD in epidemiology, medical research, public health, or a health-related field.
  • Strong network of academic relationships and links to institutions.
  • Previous experience in digital health, commercial, or startup environments, managing multiple projects, complex priorities, and different stakeholders.
  • Private medical insurance.
