Key Responsibilities
- Support the Leisure Club Manager with Health and Safety, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests
- Assist in creating strategic direction for the club, driving membership sales and growth
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement initiatives to keep the membership base engaged and enticed
- Work a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
