Leisure Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Club Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our leisure facilities, supporting the management team with health and safety, and driving membership sales to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team with health and safety and ensure the smooth running of the leisure facilities.
- Drive membership sales to grow the business and achieve targets.
- Coach and support the team to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Assist in creating strategic direction for the club and develop initiatives to improve member engagement.
