Leisure Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Club Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our leisure facilities, supporting the Health and Safety team, and driving membership sales to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Health and Safety team in ensuring the leisure facilities are safe and compliant with regulations.
- Drive membership sales and growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Coach and inspire the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in creating strategic direction for the club and develop plans to achieve business objectives.
- Keep the membership base engaged and entertained through regular interaction and activities.
