Administrative Support Specialist

As a key member of the specialist nursing team at Farnham Hospital, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment. Your duties will include:
- Managing telephone calls and responding to enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Disseminating service information to staff across the relevant team or designated area using various means of communication.
- Monitoring the NHS email inbox and working closely with the Specialist Nurses.
- Reporting incidents, accidents, and hazards to the line manager or clinical lead in a timely manner.
- Undertaking annual appraisals and attending mandatory training as required.
