Cameo Consultancy is seeking a skilled Events Administrator to support our team in organizing events and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Located in a picturesque rural area near Banbury, this is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of £29,500 per annum.

About the Role:

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager and Events team in carrying out various administrative tasks. These include dealing with new enquiries, new bookings, existing communications, and event planning administration.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing administrative processes with a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistent quality of customer care, prioritization, and time management.
  • Ensuring all events admin planned and delivered to company standard.
  • Contributing to the creation of menu proposals.
  • Ensuring all sales collateral is up-to-date regarding pricing, content, and document presentation.
  • Organizing client tasting sessions.
  • Liaising with all departments with planning, administration, and delivery of events.
  • Updating and maintaining CRM database.
  • Supporting with management of client finances, collaborating with the accounts team to adhere to all financial procedures.
  • Proficiently using company platforms, including Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and industry-specific software.
  • Checking all final event paperwork, making adjustments if necessary for all supplies for upcoming events.
  • Participating in customer visits, events, and marketing activities.
