Job Title:

Teacher required for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Early Years at Folkestone Girls

The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to develop and implement personalized education plans for pupils with SEN in the Early Years.

This position requires working on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who need personalized support and adaptive teaching methods applied within the mainstream setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized education plans for pupils with SEN
  • Apply adaptive teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils
  • Collaborate with classroom practitioners to ensure a fully inclusive curriculum
  • Support pupils in achieving their academic, emotional, and social potential
