About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Oxford. As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Finance and Administration teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the financial administration of patient accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the clinical coding department to scan and upload notes and reports to the central coding portal, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Verify and update patient information in the invoicing system, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support other business administration requirements within the department, contributing to the smooth operation of our services.
Requirements
  • Experience in a busy customer-facing business support function, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with patient administration systems.
  • GCSE level in English and Maths, with an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
