Establish a highly successful paediatric haemophilia physiotherapy service within the University Hospitals Dorset Trust, leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care for children with haemophilia aged 0-16 years.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy, specifically in managing complex cases and delivering advanced therapy assessments. As a Band 7 leader, you will be responsible for planning episodes of care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and implementing policy changes to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

A key aspect of this role is to provide skilled clinical leadership, mentorship, and education to therapists and medical staff across the Southern Haemophilia network. You will also contribute to quality improvement projects, driving innovation and excellence in clinical practice.

This leadership opportunity offers a competitive salary range (£54,000 - £73,500) and the chance to work in a dynamic environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care. To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • HHCPC registration
