Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in healthcare administration? We are seeking a Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team at NHS Lanarkshire. In this role, you will provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi-disciplinary team, including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

Job Overview

This is a Band 3 / Fixed-Term - 1 year / Full Time / 37 hours position. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare administration and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the clinical team, managing patient records, and coordinating the clinical referral system. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent, proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, ECDL or working towards or equivalent, previous experience in health or social care setting, experience of handling sensitive information, and proficient in audio typing.
