About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Global Recruitment in North Lanarkshire.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, science, and machine technology experts
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Driving license (site visits required)

Desirable Skills

Experience in fabrication, machining, and welding full assemblies is advantageous. Knowledge of Site Installation Pricing and material takeoffs would be beneficial.
