Key Responsibilities- Provide general assistance to the practice team, ensuring a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors.
- Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service in a courteous, efficient, and effective way.
- Process personal and telephone requests for appointments, visits, and telephone consultations, ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional or management.
- Perform computer data entry, data allocation, and collation, as well as provide clerical assistance to practice staff as required.
- GCSE grades A-C or equivalent
- RSA 3 or equivalent word processing and/or typing
- NVQ Level 3 customer service
- Excellent computer and clerical skills
- Previous medical experience
- Use of SystmOne system
We are a sociable and supportive practice, with an excellent clinical team and highly efficient Patient Services and Dispensary teams. We offer regular in-house and multi-disciplinary meetings, including complex care, significant event meetings, and educational sessions. We are a training practice for doctors and are committed to supporting personal development for all staff.
