We are seeking a passionate and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. You will also create attractive food and counter displays, represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image, handle cash and operate the cash register, and comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

Our ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, display passion for delivering excellent customer service, be an excellent team player, arrive equipped with a desire to succeed in their role, thrive working under pressure, demonstrate outstanding timekeeping and reliability, and have a safety-first mindset.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
