Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert all enquiries into sales from telephone and email bookings.
  • Upsell our products while providing a fantastic service from the start of an enquiry right up until a booking has been made.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, part-time role working 3 or 4 days per week across Monday to Saturday (flexible on pattern, to be discussed at interview).

You will be working 1 in 4 Saturdays.

As well as a competitive base salary, there is also the opportunity to increase your monthly earnings based on performance with monthly targets for our generous incentive scheme.

Requirements:

  • An excellent telephone manner, be a confident communicator, and have a positive and hard-working work ethic.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, along with the motivation and drive to learn about the product we sell.
