Court of Protection Specialist

Our client, a well-established law firm in Eastbourne, seeks an experienced Court of Protection solicitor to join their Elderly Care team. With a strong focus on developing a diverse and inclusive culture, the firm is committed to providing exceptional support to clients managing property and affairs under deputyship orders.
The successful candidate will have 2-5+ years of PQE experience and be able to assist elderly clients with various aspects of property and financial management. This includes drafting applications to the Court of Protection, dealing with Court panel referrals, personal injury compensation trusts, and professional attorneyships.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with bank account and budgeting reviews
- Liaising with the Court and Office of the Public Guardian
- Preparation of annual reports
