Job Overview

We are seeking a Development and Engagement Specialist to join our team at Emeria UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high profile around our developments, ensuring our residents' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure, keeping communal areas clean and well-maintained.
  • Be responsible for all works being completed, from raising orders to monitoring progress and signing off completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, local authorities, doctors, social workers, and health authorities as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with internal procedures, ensuring data is protected and kept secure.
Requirements

This role requires a natural communicator with the ability to resolve issues and complaints effectively. You must be confident in learning new systems and able to operate Microsoft Office applications.

Estimated Salary:

£12.19 per hour, plus benefits.
