Regional Sales Leadership Expert

The ideal candidate for this Regional Sales Leadership Expert role will have extensive experience in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in the EMEA region. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the EMEA region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including international distributors, hospitals, contractors, architects, specifiers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a medical capital equipment or complex engineering systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A competitive basic salary between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
