Strategic Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion at our Chelmsford branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate banking, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- A strong understanding of the local market, as well as a network of professional contacts and introducers, is essential.
- You must be proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, income protection, and life assurance.
