Are you a seasoned HR professional with expertise in delivering consultative services to business leaders and employees? We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Portfolio HR & Reward, working closely with Senior HR Leadership teams.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing hands-on mentorship, focusing on the strategic and operational aspects of HR, including organisational restructures, Change Management activities, initiatives, and transitions.
  • Mentor other members of the HR team, driving a culture of continuous development and training, and leading in designing and delivering a people agenda/strategy that is fit for purpose to achieve the Business Plan and Company objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission.
  2. Lead and manage various HR-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, ensuring they are equipped to meet their HR responsibilities.
  4. Cultivate a culture of openness, transparency, and inclusivity within the organisation, promoting employee engagement and well-being.

We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Business Partnerships, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex HR issues and develop innovative solutions.
