Payroll Administrator Specialist

Austin Fraser is pleased to partner with a highly respected company in the financial services sector, seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator Specialist to join their dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Payroll Administrator Specialist will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for:

  • Accurately processing payroll for all employees within deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Performing various data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hire, termination, and status change processing.
  • Identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Supporting with accounts payable functions as required.
  • Producing regular payroll reports for management review.
  • Providing assistance during audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
