About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate midwife to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Band 6 Community Midwife, you will provide safe and effective midwifery care to vulnerable women, working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, compassionate, and enhanced midwifery care to vulnerable clients
  • Work collaboratively with the Specialist Safeguarding Midwife, Specialist Midwife for Perinatal Mental Health, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote health and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and policies to improve patient outcomes
