About the Role

As a Sales Manager at DCS Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. This role is not only about managing a team but also about actively bringing in clients and focusing on value-added resale of hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with industry leaders and global businesses to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions and drive revenue growth.
  • Understand clients' needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage DCS Technology's wide range of offerings to create both short-term and long-term growth opportunities for client accounts.
  • Develop and close opportunities with new prospects, manage client accounts, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
  • Possess a strong network and contacts within the industry to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Self-sufficient and not reliant on marketing efforts to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
  • Ability to find and close short-term profitable deals while leveraging the wider offerings to grow accounts over the long term.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Director, Key Account Manager, or in a similar client management role within the IT industry or technology services sector.
