About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Manager to lead our store team and drive sales performance. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, including recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

As a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett, you will be expected to provide world-class customer service, drive financial performance, and maintain stock accuracy. You will also be responsible for setting up store promotional plans and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Drive financial performance, maintaining stock accuracy and controlling costs.
  • Develop and implement store promotional plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products and services.
  • Ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ability to be agile and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
