Join Our Team as a Store Manager at Specsavers

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Specsavers. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring financial and performance goals are met, and developing commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the optical industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
