Substance Abuse Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Worker to join our team at Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd. As a Substance Abuse Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for working with young people who misuse substances in Plymouth, ensuring they receive the support and interventions they need.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by substance misuse. You will work closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to deliver tailored programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and treat young people for identified drug/alcohol problems
* Deliver individually tailored group work programs where appropriate
* Act as a consultant to other professionals requiring specialist help and support
Working across agency boundaries, you will collaborate with both statutory and third-sector organizations to provide a comprehensive service to referred young people.
