We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical/Educational Psychologist to fill a key leadership role within our team at Heath Farm School in Kent. As a Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for managing our clinical team, driving student outcomes, and developing best practices across our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload and supervising the clinical team
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to drive student outcomes and implement system-wide changes
  • Developing and implementing project plans, assessments, and interventions aligned with EHCP targets
  • Contributing to staff training and clinical consultation

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 (FTE, DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, pension scheme options, and flexible benefit choices through Vista.
