Job Title: Cloud Sales Development Representative

About the Company:

Pareto, a leading software company with offices across the UK and Asia, is seeking two talented Enterprise sellers to join its team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pareto's software suite and internal processes.
  • Generate demand with customers, producing qualified sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, mapping out potential business with fresh prospects.
  • Book software demonstrations through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, emailing and other channels.
  • Support and mentor junior sellers on best practice and strategy.
  • Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of SDR experience required, ideally in a SaaS organisation within the service management industry.
  • Experience and confidence using SDR tools - LinkedIn SalesNav, Cognism, and other relevant sales generation platforms. Ideally you will have some Hubspot experience too.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills befitting a Salesperson.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable working independently and proactively.
  • Resilient and highly organised.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, with uncapped OTE - your total package in year one forecasted at ~£60,000.
  • The opportunity to work almost entirely remotely, with visits to Birmingham HQ limited to two days per month.
