Vetro Recruitment is recruiting for a Youth Support Coordinator to join our team in the Telford area. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with autism and promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work full-time, with a focus on coordinating support services for young people in a residential setting. You will need to have a full driver's license and be willing to transport young people. While a Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People is desirable, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate support services for young people, including transportation and activities
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the needs of young people are met
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Children & Young People qualification, fully funded by us.

Working Arrangements

Your working hours will include:

  • Long Days: 08:00am - 20:30pm
  • Afternoons: 14:30pm - 20:30pm
  • Nights: 20:00pm - 08:30am
