About the RoleThe successful candidate will work full-time, with a focus on coordinating support services for young people in a residential setting. You will need to have a full driver's license and be willing to transport young people. While a Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People is desirable, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate support services for young people, including transportation and activities
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the needs of young people are met
- Maintain accurate records and reports
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, free meals while on shift, a comprehensive training package, and access to discounts for shopping outlets, restaurants, and cinemas. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Children & Young People qualification, fully funded by us.
Working ArrangementsYour working hours will include:
- Long Days: 08:00am - 20:30pm
- Afternoons: 14:30pm - 20:30pm
- Nights: 20:00pm - 08:30am
