- Product Line Management: Responsible for the product line, driving the development and execution of the roadmap for ways to improve quality, delivery, and production.
- Customer Agreements: Ownership of customer agreements, LTAs, and materials, ensuring seamless customer relationships.
- Sales Pipeline: Ensure the sales pipeline is always active, collaborating with Internal Sales and Business Development Managers to meet targets.
- Core Values: Maintain and promote the organization's core values and behaviors, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA highly preferred.
- Experience: 7-10 years Commercial Product Management or equivalent experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with a technical product line required, with a B-to-B technical product line preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience rationalizing a product line while growing top and bottom line preferred.
- Communication Skills: Engage passionately with the product, effectively communicate, network, and influence.
- Business Acumen: Constructively challenge and influence senior leaders and experts in the organization, with direct experience owning and managing the P&L.
