Product Manager Opportunity

A key role has become available for a Product Manager to join our team at PIB Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding position, working closely with our insurer partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop our existing portfolio of propositions, ensuring they remain market-leading and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our insurer partners, ensuring they are fulfilling their obligations and performing as required.
  • Create new products and improve existing ones, following our product development framework and ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, ensuring our products remain fit for purpose and competitive in the market.
  • Use data and insights to drive new ideas and innovative solutions, improving our products and services.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop collateral and use multiple media solutions to promote our products.
  • Understand and articulate the value our products deliver to clients, ensuring we meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop close relationships with our technical team and subject matter experts across the business, ensuring we have a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Project manage new product development initiatives and product renewals, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Owning the revenue uplifts derived from our products, driving product penetration and pipelining opportunities, and understanding and reporting on product performance.
Requirements
  • Experience of broking, insurer management, and deal-making.
  • Client value-focused, with a strong understanding of internal and external client needs.
  • Sector experience in Personal Lines, SME, or Mid-Market.
  • Innovative and creative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data sets and undertake analysis.
