Product Director

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product sales by leveraging strong leadership, technical knowledge, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Explore and expand business opportunities in new markets.
- Develop and optimize product strategy, including planning and project prioritization.
- Oversee the development of actionable product roadmaps, integrating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage product positioning in the marketplace, including pricing strategy rationalization.
- Own the pricing strategy throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive the development and execution of the roadmap for improvement, owning the balanced scorecard for the product line.
- Address operational issues related to quality, delivery, and production.
- Anticipate and communicate issues, recommend corrective actions, and take independent remedial actions while reporting outcomes.
- Ensure sales pipeline is always active.
- Maintain and promote company values and behaviors.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA highly preferred.
- 7-10 years Product Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience with a technical product line required, with a B-to-B technical product line preferred.
- Proven experience rationalizing a product line while growing top and bottom line preferred.
- May or may not manage or supervise other Product Managers.
