EPM Sales and Account Growth Leader

Henderson Drake is seeking a highly experienced Senior EPM Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts in the EPM space. As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting finance departments across multiple industries.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with finance executives, understanding their unique challenges and aligning solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales Process Optimization: Optimize the sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through negotiation and closing.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful solution delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, specifically in EPM solutions (e.g. Anaplan, Pigment, TM1, OneStream, PBCS, Adaptive Planning, Vena Solutions, Planful etc).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence finance leaders.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and performance management.
- Experience across multiple industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
