## Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our esteemed team at a prestigious restaurant in Wales. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary standards and contributing to the success of our 3AA Rosette establishment.

## Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with our Chef Director to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase the best of Welsh produce
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Work effectively as part of a high-performing team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to drive business growth

## What We Offer

* Competitive salary package up to £42,000 including gratuities
* Shared gratuities through a Tronc system, amounting to £10k to £12k per annum
* 4-day working week with extra days paid

## Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin Star environment as a Demi/Chef de Partie
* Calm, mature approach with a clear passion for the industry and food
* Natural talent as a chef with outstanding attention to detail
* Ambition to succeed at the highest level
* Dedication and an excellent team player with a coaching mentality
