About the Role

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth within their designated region. As a key member of the team, you will lead and develop the performance of your Technical Sales Representatives, including conducting regular KPI meetings and joint customer visits.

This is a challenging role that requires a proven track record in sales within the Pumps, Power or Hire related industries. You will also be responsible for developing and monitoring sales systems and procedures, making recommendations for improvement.

**Please note that this role will involve extensive travel across Scotland & England.

  • A strong background in sales, with experience in leading and developing successful field sales teams would be desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations at a senior level.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a focus on exceeding customers' expectations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience using CRM software.
  • Driving License (essential).
