About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Angel Kings Cross. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market development through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media, to drive business into the hotel and increase market/customer share.
  • Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients to secure new business and retain existing customers.
  • Prepare company contracts and proposals in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
  • Work closely with other departments to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business.
