Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our award-winning Midlands region. This exciting and varied role will see you working closely with our Regional Marketing Manager on a wide range of activities and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate online and offline marketing activities to drive engagement and conversion.
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Support the Sales Team with Lifestyle Events and Networking opportunities to increase visitor levels.
- Continuously improve promotional activity to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines to ensure successful campaign execution.
We're looking for a self-motivated, personable individual with proven marketing experience and a passion for delivering results. You'll have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full clean driving licence is essential for this role, as you'll be required to travel to developments throughout the Midlands.
