Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Contempee, a fast-growing e-commerce brand. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple paid digital marketing platforms and email marketing campaigns to drive business growth and achieve a specific Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, demonstrating a deep understanding of campaign tactics, creatives, and their impact on marketing metrics.
- Manage day-to-day operations of paid social campaigns and their budgets, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop new and innovative ideas for paid campaigns, leveraging your expertise in social media trends and best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data to inform future creative iterations and scaling strategies.
- Ensure that all paid performance marketing consistently exceeds target ROAS, driving business growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates to paid social media platforms, applying this knowledge to optimize campaign performance.
- Prepare and present weekly reports to the director, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee projects related to the role, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Develop and manage email content calendars, creating engaging email campaigns that drive conversions and revenue.
- Continuously improve email flows, conducting A/B tests, refining email designs, and optimizing ad copy to enhance performance.
- Segment emails to maintain a high level of engagement, ensuring the email list remains active and responsive.
- Provide regular reports on campaign and flow performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook (Meta).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing, including campaign creation and flow management.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Experience with Figma and Monday is a plus, but not required.
- Google Ads experience is desirable.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional work and driving business impact.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
